Interesting insider's view of the chaos that existed in Germany's military command structure in WWII. Multiple redundant agencies were set up to compete against each other, with the only 'winner' in this chaos being Hitler himself. A strong contrast to the Allied command structure, or even Stalin's. Some of the most interesting portions were the transcriptions of actual military conferences. Fascinating stuff.
